Ring-Spun Cotton (Combed)
Ring-spun cotton is yarn with smooth, aligned fibers — the shirt feels softer, lasts longer, and gives your logo a better printing surface.
Ring-spun cotton is made on spinning frames that continuously pull and twist the fibers into a smooth, aligned yarn. The combed version goes one step further, removing short fibers and impurities. The result is fabric that feels noticeably smoother, softer, and stronger than the standard open-end (carded) cotton used in the cheapest promotional tees.
For anyone ordering shirts for a business, that means two practical wins. First, the smoother surface is a better canvas for full-color DTF printing — fine logo details and small text come out crisper. Second, a soft shirt is one your crew will actually wear, on and off the clock, which means more free advertising for your company.
The price difference versus standard cotton is small, but the difference in how the shirt feels and looks is big. Custom printed shirts start at $13 per piece, with a size mix from S to 5XL at no extra cost. Send us your logo through the Design page — we prepare the design and a proof for free.
