What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 10 pieces. You can freely mix sizes in a single order – from S to 5XL – at no extra cost.
How much does a printed t-shirt cost?
Prices start at $13 per shirt with one front print (chest logo). The price depends on quantity, apparel type and the number of print locations – the bigger the order, the lower the price per piece. Quotes are free and ready within 24 hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of 40+ pieces. We ship to all 50 US states. For smaller orders the shipping cost is included in your quote – no hidden fees.
What printing technology do you use?
We use DTG (direct-to-garment) and DTF (direct-to-film transfer). Both produce durable, full-color prints that survive dozens of washes. We match the technology to your design and fabric.
What file format should I send my logo in?
Vector files work best (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG), or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. If you only have a photo or scan – our team will prepare a print-ready file for free.
How long does an order take?
Standard production is 5–7 business days from design approval, plus shipping time. Need shirts for a specific date? Mention it in your quote request – we offer rush service.
Will I see the design before printing?
Yes. Before production starts you always receive a preview of the shirt with your logo for approval. We only print after you approve it.
Do you offer support in Polish?
Yes – we are a Polish company from Chicago. All customer service, guidance and quotes are available in both Polish and English.
