Cotton-Poly Blend
A cotton-poly blend (50/50 or 65/35) pairs the comfort of cotton with the durability of polyester — it shrinks less, wrinkles less, and dries faster.
A cotton-poly blend is a fabric that combines both fiber types, most often in 50/50, 60/40, or 65/35 ratios. Cotton brings softness and breathability, while polyester adds durability, resistance to shrinking and wrinkling, and faster drying.
For company apparel, that trade-off is very practical. Blend shirts hold their shape and color through frequent washing, and above all they shrink less in the dryer — a real difference when work shirts get washed after every shift. DTF printing bonds to blends just as strongly as to pure cotton, so the print method never limits your fabric choice.
If your crew works in a moderate climate and you need one shirt that does it all, a blend is the safe middle ground between pure cotton and a technical dry-fit tee. The minimum order is 10 pieces, and orders of 40 pieces or more ship free.
